A pressing need in Europe
Rarely the need for Europe has been so compelling: the challenges of today-the economic and social crisis, climate disruption, authoritarian tendencies of states, regional conflicts, armed all have international roots and require international responses. Socialists are committed supporters of European integration. Because it has guaranteed peace, rule of law, democracy on our continent. But also because Europe is necessary for a great political economic and social reforms.
